Setup settings
Changing a setup's settings, menus, the item collection box, commands rewards may run, the money audit and undo, and player data.
Changing settings
There is no setup settings page in the panel. Change a setting one of three ways:
- Your AI: "raise the starting money to 1,000". Some settings always ask you first (for example a sell multiplier above 2). Some your AI can never change (the commands rewards may run).
- In game:
/shcore settings <part> [setting] [value], for example/shcore settings sh-economy money.starting 1000. - The file:
plugins/<part>/settings.yml, with a note above each value. Changes apply within a few seconds.
A value outside its range is ignored, the old value stays, and the console says why.
Menus
Setup menus (shop, auction house, crates, warps, leaderboards) open as chest menus.
Items that did not fit
Rewards, purchases or returned listings that do not fit in an inventory wait. /collect gives them
when there is room. Nothing is dropped or lost.
Commands rewards may run
A reward can run a console command only if it starts with an entry on a Commands rewards may run list. Only you can change these lists, in game or in the file; your AI cannot.
- sh-core (daily and vote rewards):
eco give, shcrates giveandsayby default. - sh-api (crates, events, bosses): empty by default, so command prizes do nothing until you add
one, like
eco give.
op, stop, ban and permission changes are never allowed. Only {player} and {uuid} are
filled in.
Money audit and undo
Money moves of $1,000 or more, owner commands and settings changes are written to
plugins/sh-core/audit/, by player ID. /shcore history <player> lists recent money changes, and
/shcore undo <number> reverses one (add force if the money was already spent).
Player data
Setup data is in plugins/sh-core/data.db, copied every hour to plugins/sh-core/backups/ (last 24
kept). /shcore backup makes one now. /shcore export writes it all to readable JSON in
plugins/sh-core/export/.
Only on our network
Setup plugins check with our service at start and every hour. If it cannot be reached they keep
working for 24 hours. They do not run on other hosts. /shcore status shows each part.
