Alerts
Get told about crashes, AI requests and more by email, Discord message, Discord channel or browser notification.
Alerts tell you when something needs you. Set them up in Account, Alerts. Your email must be verified first.
Add a channel
- Under Add a channel, pick where to send:
- Email: to your account email.
- Discord message: a direct message from our bot. Sign in with Discord, and share a Discord server with our bot (our community Discord; its link will be listed here before the beta).
- Discord channel (webhook): in Discord, open the channel's settings, Integrations, Webhooks, and copy a webhook link. Paste it here.
- Browser notification: allow notifications when your browser asks.
- Tick which alerts it gets.
- Press Add channel, then Send a test.
A channel covers all your servers. If an alert cannot be delivered, the channel says so.
Treat a webhook link like a password: anyone with it can post in that channel. We only ever show its last four characters. Our messages never ping @everyone, @here, roles or users.
What you can be told about
Crashes, a server stopped after crashes, a failed start, started and stopped, player counts, a server archived, disk nearly full, a failed backup, plugin updates, a flagged plugin file, AI requests waiting, a new AI connection, team changes, credit changes, plan renewals, player reports and boost changes.
Busy alerts (player counts, start and stop, credits) are sent at most once a minute per channel.
A new AI app on your account is always emailed to you, even with no channel set up.
Emails you always get
Account emails (verify your email, password reset, new sign-in, two-factor changes) are always on.
