Your account

Open Account at the top of the panel. It holds what belongs to you, not to one server.

Profile

Your email and whether it is verified, a display name your team sees, and the look: dark, light or match your device.

Confirming it is you

Risky steps ask for your password (and a two-factor code if it is on), even while you are signed in: changing your password, turning two-factor on or off, connecting an AI, letting your AI do something without asking, deleting a server or your account, and making an SFTP password. It counts for 15 minutes on that device. Without a password, sign in again instead.

Password

Change password needs your current password and a new one of at least 10 characters. It signs you out everywhere else.

Two-factor sign-in

Asks for a code from an authenticator app each time you sign in. We recommend it.

1. Press Set up two-factor.
2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, or type the setup key.
3. Type the 6-digit code and press Turn on.
4. Save the recovery codes, for example with Download as a file. They are shown once and each works once.

Turning it on signs out your other sessions. Make new recovery codes and Turn off two-factor both need a code from your app.

Where you're signed in

Each device with its last use. Sign out ends one. Sign out everywhere else ends all but this one; tick Also disconnect every AI to cut your AI apps too. Sessions end after 7 days unused, or 30 days at most.

Connected AIs

Every AI app on your account, with its last use and Disconnect, which cuts it off at once. On your account sets what your AI may do outside one server, such as making a server. See Connecting your AI.

Minecraft account

Link it to be made operator on your servers and to use the in-game owner menu. See Linking with /claim.

Help bot memory

The help bot remembers your chats while you are signed in. Read one, Forget one, or Forget all chats.

Export your data

Prepare download packs your account details, your servers' worlds, configs and your own plugins, and your help bot chats into one download. Our setup plugins stay behind because they only run on our network, but their data is written out in a readable form.

Delete your account

Delete account asks you to type delete my account and confirm it is you. This cannot be undone.

• You are signed out everywhere and your AI apps are disconnected.
• Your servers are archived first. Credits are lost.
• Your email, password, two-factor, linked accounts, sessions and alerts are removed.
• Your servers' activity log is kept for its usual year under a stand-in name.

Who on our staff can see your account

Support staff see your account and servers, with your email partly hidden, and no billing. Only admins see billing. Staff can open a read-only view of your panel to help you, and every use is logged. See Help from our staff.
