Plugins
Each plugin's health, searching Modrinth and Hangar with safety checks, updates, removing, uploading your own jar, and datapacks.
Plugins has three tabs: Installed, Find plugins and Datapacks.
Installed
Each plugin shows:
- its source: Modrinth, Hangar, Our plugin, or Not from Modrinth,
- whether your AI or a setup added it,
- its health: Loaded, Didn't load, Not run yet, or Not made for this version, with any errors from the log and an Explain button.
If two installed plugins are known to clash, a notice at the top says which.
Installing
- Open Find plugins and search by name or need, for example "land claims".
- Pick where: Everywhere, Modrinth or Hangar. An empty search shows popular plugins.
- Results show downloads, last update and supported versions. We pick the build for your Minecraft version. If a plugin has none, it says No build for your version.
- Press Install. We download it, check it, take a snapshot of your configs, then place it.
- Restart the server to load it.
Upload a jar adds your own jar. It is scanned first and marked Not from Modrinth.
Every plugin works on every plan, at no extra cost.
Safety checks
Your server never downloads plugins itself. We download each jar, check it against the site's published hash and a list of known bad files, and scan it for malware. A jar that fails can never be installed, by anyone. If the check cannot finish, nothing is installed; try again in a few minutes.
These checks catch known problems. They cannot promise a plugin is good, so read what it does first.
Updates
Update to shows when a newer version is out. Nothing updates without you pressing it. Make a backup first for big plugins.
Removing
Remove takes the jar out after a snapshot. Tick Also delete its config folder to remove its data too.
Datapacks
Datapacks belong to one world. On Datapacks, pick the world, then turn each datapack on or off, remove it, or search Modrinth and install one. A snapshot is taken before each change. Datapacks work in the main world only; extra worlds refuse new ones.
When a plugin does not load
The health column says Didn't load. Press Explain. The usual causes are a build for another Minecraft version, a missing dependency, or a clash. See Common errors in the console.
Our setup plugins
The plugins in premade setups are ours and run only on our network. See Premade setups.
