Connect your AI
Add our connector to your AI app once, for your whole account. Then ask it to change your servers in plain words. You choose what it may do on its own, and you can undo anything it did.
Connector address
https://mcp.quarry.host/mcpPaste this into your AI app. You also find it in the panel under AI.
Connect Claude
Add the connector once, on the Claude website. It then works in the desktop and phone apps too. Free Claude accounts can add one custom connector, and one is all you need for every server.
If a menu looks different, look for Connectors in Claude's settings.
On the web or the desktop app
-
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
-
Choose Add custom connector.
-
For the name, type
Quarry Hosting. For the address, paste:https://mcp.quarry.host/mcp -
Choose Add, then Connect. Claude sends you to Quarry Hosting to sign in.
-
Check the consent screen, then choose Connect. See Connecting your AI.
-
In a new chat, switch the connector on in the tools menu. Ask "list my servers" to test it.
On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner of your Claude organization may need to add the connector first.
On your phone
Add it on the web first. Then in the phone app, start a chat and switch the connector on in the tools menu.
Good to know
Claude never gets your password, only a key that works through our connector. Cut it off any time in Account, Connected AIs.
Connect ChatGPT
ChatGPT can use the connector on plans that allow custom connectors, which today means a paid plan with developer mode. The free ChatGPT plan cannot. Add it on the ChatGPT website.
If a menu looks different, look for Apps, Connectors or Developer mode in ChatGPT's settings.
Add the connector
-
In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings, then Apps and connectors.
-
Open Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
-
Choose Create.
-
For the name, type
Quarry Hosting. For the MCP server URL, paste:https://mcp.quarry.host/mcp -
For authentication, pick OAuth. Tick that you trust it, then choose Create.
-
Sign in to Quarry Hosting, check the consent screen and choose Connect. See Connecting your AI.
Use it in a chat
Start a new chat, open the + menu, choose Developer mode or More, and pick the Quarry Hosting connector. Ask "list my servers" to test it.
Good to know
- ChatGPT asks you to confirm changes. Our Allow, Ask and Block settings still apply on top.
- Cut it off any time in Account, Connected AIs, or remove the connector in ChatGPT.
Connect Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP apps
Any app that supports remote MCP servers can use the connector. It signs in with OAuth, so you never paste a password or key. The address is:
https://mcp.quarry.host/mcpClaude Code
claude mcp add --transport http quarry-hosting https://mcp.quarry.host/mcp
Then in Claude Code type /mcp, pick quarry-hosting and sign in. Your browser opens the
consent screen.
Cursor
Add an MCP server in Cursor's settings, or put this in Cursor's mcp.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"quarry-hosting": {
"url": "https://mcp.quarry.host/mcp"
}
}
}
VS Code
Run MCP: Add Server and choose HTTP, or add this to .vscode/mcp.json:
{
"servers": {
"quarry-hosting": {
"type": "http",
"url": "https://mcp.quarry.host/mcp"
}
}
}
Any other app
Look for "remote MCP" or "custom connector" in its settings. The app must support remote MCP over streamable HTTP and OAuth with dynamic client registration. Apps that only run local MCP servers cannot use it.
Every app you connect shows in Account, Connected AIs, where you can cut it off. See Connecting your AI.
