Bugs, ideas and help from staff
How to reach a person, send a bug or an idea from the panel, what our staff can see when they help you, and credits from staff.

Talk to a person
The help bot is an AI. To reach a person, sign in, choose Bugs and ideas in the panel and pick A question.
Refunds and purchases are checked by a person too: write to us the same way. If you are under 18 and bought credits without a parent's permission, ask a parent to write to us. See Refunds. A contact address for people without an account will be listed here before the beta.
Bugs and ideas
- In the panel, choose Bugs and ideas.
- Pick Something is broken, An idea or A question, and write a few words and the details.
- Optionally pick a server. For a bug you can tick Attach this server's recent errors. Nothing from your server is sent without the tick, and chat lines never are.
- Press Send.
You can send 10 a day. Similar ideas are grouped so we see what people want most. A person decides what gets built. Never include passwords.
What our staff can see

Staff accounts must use two-factor sign-in.
To help you, support or an admin can open a read-only view of your panel. It never shows your devices, data export, SFTP login or file contents. It closes after 2 hours. Every view is logged with who, when, why and each page read, and shows in your server's Activity.
Credits from staff
Credits we give, for example after an outage, show in your credit history as from us, with the reason. Large grants need a second admin, and nobody on staff can give credits to themselves.
Everything is written down
Every staff action goes in an audit log that cannot be edited: panel views, credit grants, warnings, hub mutes and bans. A person makes every decision. See Rules and reports.
