Signing up and signing in

You need an account to own a server, and you must be 13 or older. We ask for an email and a password, or Discord. No real name, no age box, no phone number.

Make an account

Choose Sign up on the website.

• With Discord: choose Continue with Discord and allow it. If Discord has confirmed your email, your account counts as verified.
• With email: type your email and a password of at least 10 characters, then Make account.

We refuse throwaway email addresses and passwords that have shown up in known data leaks. One email inbox holds one account.

During testing, new accounts may need an invite link. Open the link you were sent, then sign up.

Verify your email

We email you a link. Open it and choose Verify my email. You need a verified email to make a server, turn on two-factor or add alerts.

• The link works once, for 1 hour.
• Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder, then choose Send a new link.

Sign in

Use the same way you signed up. A wrong email or password gets one message that does not say which was wrong, so nobody can check who has an account.

• Two-factor: type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Lost your phone? Choose Use a recovery code instead. Each recovery code works once.
• Too many tries: the page asks you to wait a minute. You are never locked out for good.
• A new device: we email you. If it was not you, change your password and sign out everywhere in Your account.

Forgot your password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?
2. Type your email and choose Send reset link. The page says the same whether or not the email has an account.
3. Open the link (it works once, for 1 hour), type a new password and choose Save new password.

A reset signs you out everywhere else and makes your AI apps ask you to approve them again.

If your email was never verified, the reset also verifies it and removes everything tied to the account before: linked Discord, two-factor, alerts, linked Minecraft accounts and connected AIs. That way someone who signed up with your email loses every way back in.

If you cannot sign in

Use one of your recovery codes. Our staff cannot skip two-factor because of an email request.
