Short answers to questions people ask about Quarry Hosting. Questions about your own server are in Getting started and Troubleshooting.

How do I play on your network?

Join quarrymc.net in Java, or bedrock.quarrymc.net on port 19132 in Bedrock. Pick a server from the hub menu. Type /hub to come back.

What is a vCore?

A vCore is one thread of the machine's processor, shared with other servers. Your server shares the machine with them, so a vCore is a share of the processor, not a core of its own. When the machine is busy, processor time is split by vCores: more vCores means a bigger share, and a paid server's vCore gets a bigger share than a free server's. More in How vCores share the machine.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your server keeps its paid size for 7 days, and we remind you before it ends. After that it moves to the free size and keeps everything. Nothing is deleted.

Who runs this site?
