Before you write
- Never send us your password or sign-in codes. We will never ask for them.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

- You do not need an account to write to us. Use the address above.
- Tell us the email you signed up with, or the email on your payment receipt.
- For a payment, add the date and the amount. Never send a card number.
